The costs for getting a top quilted are calculated according
to the following pricing structure:

Preparing Your Quilt Top
In order to avoid any extra items that will be charged
separately, you should observe the following hints:
Quilt Top
- Avoid pressing open the seam allowances.
- Check all seams that they are sewn properly.
- Remove all loose threads on the front and the back of the
top.
- Make sure the top is squared and ironed properly.
- Straight-stich around the top less than 1/4" to
prevent the edges from fraying.
- Cutt off any salvages.
Batting
- The batting has to be at least 4" larger than the
quilt top on all sides.
- Make sure the batting is square.
Backing
- The backing has to be at least 4" larger than the
quilt top on all sides.
- When piecing the back, make sure you do not press
open the seam allowances.
- Check all seams that they are sewn properly.
- Remove all loose threads.
- Make sure the backing is squared and ironed properly.
- Straight-stich around the top less than 1/4" to
prevent the edges from fraying.
